Ashley has managed 4 real estate transactions for us in Waco, and every experience with Ashley has been exceptional. She responds immediately every time we try to reach her, she is professional, she navigated some difficult legal concerns in the sale of my father's home, she researched complicated issues to find dependable answers, she was always prompt and pleasant. When it came time to sell my Father’s home, Ashley was a godsend. She navigated challenges along the way with determination and relentless positivity, and never stopped believing that she would find the right buyer for the home. And guess what? She did. We give Ashley our highest recommendation.

Wow! My wife and I can't say enough great things about Ashley. She was very thorough during a walk-thru of our house and gave us the top things we needed to focus on to get the place sold. We were selling our mother's condo, and Ashley treated us at though we had a million dollar property! She suggested renovations that would get us the biggest bang for our buck. She staged the property, including artwork. Then, she hired a professional photographer, all to show our property at its best. Having done the renos she suggested, we had quick multiple offers. The quintessential professional, she walked us through negotiations in plain English. Both buyer and seller were thrilled with the deal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable with Waco real estate. She is insightful and her patience knows no bounds in dealing with a couple from Maryland who purchased a townhouse in the Baylor Bubble, sight unseen! Ashley accommodated our every need and not a single question went unanswered. She was easy to communicate with and we are so thankful that she allowed us to Facetime each and every walk through plus 3 way calls galore. We used a mortgage lender, a home owners insurance agent, an electrician and a locksmith and did so all on Ashley's expert recommendations. We were not disappointed.
